GovMint® Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

GovMint offers its customers marketing and promotional text messaging alerts by SMS and MMS messages (the “Service”) from 96243. By participating in the Service, you are agreeing to these terms (“Terms”) and to our Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

 

Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service

Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and to agree to these terms and conditions. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old. Before the Service starts, you will need to agree to these Terms. GovMint reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time with or without notice. GovMint also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do so.

By opting into the Service, you: 

  1. Authorize GovMint to use an automatic telephone dialing system to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in (i.e., the number listed on the opt-in form or, if none, the number from which you send the opt-in, or, if none, the number on file for the account associated with your opt-in). 
  2.  Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase. 
  3.  Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt in. 
  4.  Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. To request a free copy of your opt-in consent by mail or email, or to update your contact information in our records, please contact us at 1-800-721-0320 or customerservice@govmint.com.

Content You May Receive 

Once you affirm your choice to opt-in to the Service on 96243, your message frequency may vary based on your interactions and initiated texts. You may receive alerts about: 

  • Sale promotions
  • Product launch announcements
  • Cart reminders
  • Back in stock alerts
  • Price drop alerts
  • Low inventory alerts

Charges and Carriers 

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement with your wireless carrier or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone's pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data or other charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc.) as a result of using the Service. 

Supported carriers are AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers. The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. GovMint may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. GovMint and the mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages. 

To Stop the Service 

To stop receiving text messages from GovMint, text the word STOP to 96243 any time or reply STOP to any of the text messages you have received from GovMint. This is the exclusive method for opting out. Therefore, requests which do not include STOP will not be honored, and you agree that GovMint and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. After texting STOP to 96243, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.

Please note that if you unsubscribe from the Service on 96243, you may continue to receive text messages from other programs you have joined that are hosted by GovMint affiliates until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. Unsubscribing from the Service does not impact your consent to the GovMint Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT - Dispute Resolution

By participating in the Service, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in any way related to these Terms, including, but not limited to the determination of the scope of the terms, or your receipt of text messages from GovMint or its service providers in connection with the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in an individual capacity, and not on a class basis or as a class representative, and that provisions set forth in the GovMint Terms and Conditions which are incorporated herein by reference will apply to such dispute.

Notice of Conditional Sale

All purchases from GovMint are expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, which are available online at www.amsi-corp.com/terms-conditions or by phone at 1-800-721-0320; to decline, return your purchase pursuant to our Return Policy.

Changes to Terms

These Terms are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued receipt of messages from us following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
