Our shipping and handling charges cover all associated costs and services including labor, materials, packaging, carrier and processing costs.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?
We approve the card at the point of sale, but will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your product. As some shipments may take a couple weeks or more, please do not use a credit card that will expire in the next few weeks.

Is my credit card transaction safe?
We encrypt all credit card information to ensure every transaction is secure.

Which types of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. If you would like to pay by check or bank wire, please call one of our Sales Account Executives at 1-800-642-9160.

How will I know if you received my order?
An e-mail confirmation will automatically be generated and sent to you, confirming that we have received your order.

How do I request a product I don't see on your website?
Simply e-mail us at CustomerService@GovMInt.com as much information about the product you are seeking and we will promptly follow-up with you with our findings. You can also contact your Personal Account Executive by phone and work directly with a specialist who can help you.

Do you accept international orders?
We accept orders from the following approved countries

Regardless of prior buying history, items will not be shipped outside the approved country list.

When and how will my order ship?
Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the order date. You will be notified of any delay beyond 30 days. Items ordered at the same time may not be shipped in the same box or, depending upon availability, on the same date. You will be provided a tracking number via email to allow you to track your order.

What if my package is damaged, lost or stolen?
Claims must be made within 30 days of the ship date. If items are lost or damaged in transit, we will undertake an investigation. You agree to cooperate with us in filing a claim for damaged/lost/stolen merchandise in any manner we may reasonably request; including the filing of a police report and/or the signing of an Affidavit stating the circumstances surrounding the situation. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.

We are not responsible for packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Nor are we responsible for lost or stolen items if you have left instructions with the delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature, or for packages signed for you by any of the following, including, but not limited to: a building manager, neighbor, a business mailroom, drop-off location such as Mail Boxes etc., The UPS Store, the Military Postal Service, or any person(s) that are not the addressee listed on the order. Our liability ceases the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address.

Any issues or problems with a shipment MUST be reported within 30 days of the anticipated delivery date. While we will make reasonable efforts to locate the package, we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit without notice past the 30 day period.

What is your policy regarding price changes, product availability and order quantities?
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

Do you charge sales tax?
Due to recent interpretations of state tax laws arising from the US Supreme Court’s opinion in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., 585 US __ (2018), state sales tax is now required to be collected on many orders. Learn more here.

What is your return policy?
Bullion Items and Final Sale Items are non-returnable and non-cancelable. For all purchases other than Bullion Items and Final Sale Items, you are entitled to return your purchase from the Company within 30 days of the ship date and receive a full refund of the purchase price. How can I get a catalog and keep updated on other new and special offers?

How do I sign in and out of my account?
To sign in to your account, click on "My Account" at the top of the page and enter your username (email address) and password in the Log In area on the left side of the page. Click ENTER to log in.

To sign out click the "log out" button located under the My Account header. If you share your computer with other people, you may want to "log out" before leaving your computer. This assures that no one else will be able to use your GovMint.com account.

What if I forget my password?
If you click on the "sign in" button, this will bring up the screen that allows you to enter your email address and password to sign in. You must fill in the "Email Address" field so that our system can look up your account. Click the button below that reads "Forgot Password". We will then email you a link to reset your password and then you can sign-in using your new password.

I'm having problems with my username/password.
Usernames (e-mail addresses) and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure to enter them in the same upper and lower case manner in which you set up your original account. If the site gives you an error message when you enter the username and/or password you should check your spelling carefully and if you continue to have difficulty you may try changing your usage of upper and lower case letters when you enter them.

How do I update my account?
To update your account, you must be signed in. From within the "My Account" area you may alter your account information including your account password, promotional email subscribe status and billing and shipping addresses. 

How do I upgrade shipping?
All products ordered online are shipped for 3 to 7 business-day delivery; some orders may take up to 10 days.  If you wish to upgrade to a faster shipping method, please call our Sales Professionals at 1-800-642-9160.


How do I ship to another person?
For your security, all first time orders must be shipped to your billing address. Shipments to other address will be cancelled. If you have not shopped with us before and wish to ship to an alternate address, please call us at 1-800-642-9160 to order.

Shop our website with complete confidence knowing that your information is protected by state of the art security. Credit card purchases are processed in encrypted files so you can be sure that your information will remain safe and secure.
