Can a Coin Have More than One Mint Mark?

By GovMint :
Coins are usually struck with only one mint mark since such marks identify the specific mint that produced the coin, for example, 'D' for Denver or 'S' for San Francisco. However, in addition to mint marks, coins can also carry privy marks. Privy marks are special symbols, usually small in size, that appear on coins for a variety of reasons. Some privy marks commemorate important events, while others are enhanced security features intended to help deter counterfeiting. Unlike mint marks, privy marks do not indicate from which mint a coin originated, but rather, add a layer of uniqueness and collector appeal to the coins on which they appear.
