Half Rolls of Bicentennial Quarters
In 1976, the United States Mint celebrated our nation’s 200th anniversary with a one-year-only commemorative Washington Quarter. This coin was the first circulating commemorative quarter in U.S. history, and features off a reverse design that can never be used again — a colonial drummer and a victory torch circled by 13 stars. Meanwhile, the obverse displays dual dates of 1776 and 1976.
Now more than 40 years old, these circulating coins can be tough to find in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition. But we’ve put together a half roll of 20 coins, which can be delivered to you in a custom plastic numismatic tube that preserves their condition. It’s an awesome way to celebrate the nation’s bicentennial, a celebratory time that still sends shivers of pride down every patriotic American’s spine more than 40 years later!
