1933 Disney Original Drawing of Mickey Mouse
Incredible Find—Original Mickey Mouse Artwork From 1933!
Everyone was shocked when we entered the room. Spread out on a large table were drawings of what, without a doubt, is the most famous rodent in history: Mickey Mouse. The original studio animation pencil drawings each showed a slightly different image of Mickey, but all were immediately recognizable from the round ears and two-button pants. What we were seeing was a recently discovered hoard of original pencil drawings used to make the eight minute cartoon Giantland, released by Disney on November 25, 1933. The cartoon has Mickey telling the story of Jack and the Beanstalk. Each drawing is expertly rendered by Disney artists and is certified authentic by CGC, a division of Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC). These 10.5 by 12.5 inch drawings each show one pose that later appeared on a movie cell (images will vary). They are incredibly rare and acquiring one is a great opportunity for you to secure a fantastic piece of film history. Only 100 are available. Hurry, these will sell out fast.
