1878–1893-CC-Mint Morgan Silver Dollar Complete 13-pc Collection NGC F15–MS66
Complete Morgan Silver Dollar Collection From The Carson City Mint
The Carson City Mint started striking Morgan Silver Dollars in 1878 along with Philadelphia and San Francisco mints. It continued to mint Morgans through 1885. After Grover Cleveland won the Presidential Election in 1884, he decided to shut the Carson City Mint down and no coins were struck there from 1886 to 1888. Then, when Benjamin Harrison defeated Grover Cleveland in the next election, he opened the Carson City Mint up again and Morgans were again struck there in 1889 through 1893. All told, the Carson City Mint struck the coin for 13 years—and all 13 years are right here ready to cartwheel into your collection!
The Most Widely Collected Vintage Silver Dollar In The World
The Morgan Silver Dollar is arguably the most widely collected vintage silver dollar in the world.
